I started with the Little Argyle stamp set again and the star from Postmarks to build the background. I haven't used the balloons from Birthday style for a while so thought they could stand an outing.

I absolutely Love Love your card! Best one I have seen yet!! The colors and images are perfect and I love how the balloons look like the could float away if they were not attached to the banner! Great job.
